12x32 Lofted Casita

The Lofted Casita makes a great backyard office or hobby space. It can even be used for a small business venture at the same time using the back half to store mower or garden tools. The Lofted Casita comes standard with two large loft areas, 4- 2×3 windows, one nine lite entry door, a set if 6′ double doors on the back end, and a 4′ x 12′ side porch with vinyl railing on the premium painted, urethane, and vinyl models. Treated buildings come with wood railings. The Economy buildings have no railings and sizes are from 12’x16′ on up to 16’x40′.
